Amy Edwards, 47, is a rock musician, radio personality, author, actress, accountability coach, and podcast host, as well as a mom to two girls. Amy’s platform is about rocking life to the fullest, and she believes strongly in helping others overcome their fears in order to reach their goals. She hosts her new show and second podcast series, “Rock Your Life,” which airs weekly on Austin360 Radio and is available via streaming sites.
Amy’s music career has inspired her Rock Your Life movement, as she started playing at age 38 and didn’t release her first album until the age of 41. With 5 albums and numerous singles to her credits, Amy is a life coach and consultant helping others achieve their goals and build habits to make their dreams reality.
Amy continues to use her creative voice and works to inspire others to do the same. She is the author of two books (Starla and the Boogie Deluxe, 2019, Archway Publishing; The Trouble With Becoming A Witch, 2019, SheWrites Press) and works weekdays as an on-air personality at Austin360 Radio at the Austin American-Statesman.
Mary Barras is an inspirational speaker and the mother of 14-year-old Jonas the Bonus and two mutts named Mugsy and Sparky. They enjoy their life in Austin, Texas, and have thus far avoided melting in the blazing Texas summers. She appreciates the simple things in life, as even the smallest joy is such a far cry from being in the quicksand of depression. Teaching high school, cooking, and visiting with friends is what lights her fire!
Shannon McGraw is a Mental Health Peer Support Specialist, and an incest, rape survivor and cancer survivor. She is the author of EXPOSED, and REDEEMED, and founder of Hopeful Hearts Ministry (501c3). Shannon has spoken across the United States and Internationally addressing the realities and effects of abuse in our culture and the graces faith provides for one’s healing journey. Shannon was honored with the Family Time Women of Achievement Award for Women's Advocate in 2014. She was CBS Houston’s featured author and has been a featured columnist with Choose- Now Ministries.com, Lifestyle & Charity magazine and many more.
